A simple and delicious salad that is very quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for any occasion and just for dinner with your family. I first tried this salad while visiting relatives and immediately asked for the recipe. And now, I am now sharing with you.

Gourmet salad with Korean carrots and mushrooms. Favorite recipe

Ingredients:

onion
carrot
mushrooms
beans
chicken fillet
vinegar
butter
mayonnaise
salt
pepper

Preparation:

First, marinate the onion. Cut one onion into thin half rings and fill it with water mixed with vinegar (1 part vinegar, 2 parts water). We leave for 20 minutes. While the onion is pickling, let's prepare the other ingredients.

Fry 350-400 gr of champignons until cooked in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Now we take 500g of smoked chicken breast (legs or wings are also suitable, as long as the meat is smoked) and cut into small pieces.

Add pickled onions, fried mushrooms, one can of canned beans and 250g of Korean carrots to the chicken fillet.

No additional salt is required. Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix and taste. I'm sure you won't be disappointed, the salad turns out to be very tasty! Bon appetit, friends!
