Good day everyone! Comfortable and tasty weight loss is not a dream. This is reality!
After years of diets, breakdowns, walking in circles, I almost gave up on myself.
But at one point something clicked in my head, and I firmly decided to lose weight once and for all. But this time I didn't look for another fashionable diet that promises "minus 20 kg" per week.
I decided that it was necessary to change my diet, my lifestyle and start controlling what and how much I eat. At the same time, I understood that food should be tasty for me, I should not starve, otherwise I would just break down again and go into a jam.
Studying information about methods of losing weight, I came to counting calories and this method turned out to be the best method of controlling nutrition in order to lose weight and maintain health.
It is not always possible to eat at home, homemade "correct" and low-calorie meals. But you can always roughly calculate the diet and not overeat.
Today I will give an example of my menu on the calculation of KBZHU with a fast food lunch. Yes, sometimes I also allow myself fast food. And it didnβt stop me from losing weight, and it doesnβt stop me from maintaining weight.
My morning began with a rice pancake with fish (65 g) and curd cheese (30 g). As well as green tea.
For the rice pancake, I used 1 egg, 30 g of yogurt, 20 g of whole grain rice flour, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Breakfast turned out to be 395 kcal.
After breakfast, we quietly gathered in Moscow: there were things to do, and at the same time I wanted to go to the supermarket, see fruits and vegetables, flour, seeds.
Tatyana provoked me with balcony tomatoes - I also want a vegetable garden with tomatoes now.
We sorted out our business closer to dinner and went to our place, where we usually buy shawarma. I dreamed about this shawarma for several days already, knowing that we would pass by.
For me, shawarma is one of the street food dishes that I find less harmful. And if there is a choice, I will always choose shawarma.
And it was so offensive when we saw that for the winter time the food court with the very same shawarma was closed and there were only hot drinks and all sorts of rolls in the range.
And I wanted to eat it. We decided to visit one more place and there we already bought shawarma for everyone. It also turned out to be tasty, but still a little not the one I dreamed of.
I took myself to shawarma 600 kcal.
We ate and went for groceries.
Honestly, I'm shocked by what is on the shelves. Is it okay to sell rotten tomatoes and dried cucumbers for such a price? I didn't find Ramiro's favorite pepper at all in the supermarket.

But I found flour, which Ekaterina recommended - for some reason I did not pay attention to it. Now I will try to bake whole grain bread from this flour (the last photo in the gallery above).
Didn't buy oranges for the sea buckthorn drink. Or the price is like meat, or frankly rotten.
Honestly, the prices of early 2021 are amazing, as is the quality of the products.
We arrived home in the evening. Moscow seems to be the capital. An example, so to speak. As we drove in the morning on unclean and slippery roads, we returned along them. A lot of accidents, trucks are stalled, the car is driving.
Snow fell and frost - such a surprise in Russia in winter.
She warmed borscht at home and had supper.
My dinner is a plate of borscht (450 g) with 30 g of sour cream 10% - 310 kcal.
And today I decided to afford a purchased eclair. Based on the information on KBZHU indicated on the package, the eclair is 200 kcal.
Result of the day: K - 1505, B - 60, F - 86, U - 105.
What I want to say. Often because of fast food, BJU suffers, and BJU balan is our health and body quality. Therefore, you should not get involved in fast food, even if you fit perfectly into your daily intake in terms of calorie content.
There were also problems with water that day, in the evening I tried to drink my norm, but it felt like I didn't drink the whole norm.
I think that everyone already knows how important it is to drink your water norm (30 ml per 1 kg of body weight). In this case, you do not need to pour water into yourself if it does not go. You have to get used to everything gradually.
This is my day - I spent almost the whole day on the trip. But there were little joys today. On the recommendation of a reader, we stopped at a flower shop. And although we did not find an orchid of the color that we were looking for there, we liked another. Look at what beauty has joined my collection:
