Today the recipe is from the "no problems" series, everything is quick, simple, tasty and healthy. I saw the recipe for this casserole on YouTube not so long ago; unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the channel. I tried to cook and was very pleased. Therefore, I can not help but share the recipe 😉
If, like me, you have a little minced meat in your freezer, then all the manipulations will take literally 10 minutes, and the oven will do the rest. I use the minced meat in which onions and garlic have already been added, it remains only to put salt in a baking dish.
Then you can start preparing the second part of the casserole. To do this, I rub the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze it well, eliminating excess liquid. I add finely chopped onions, bell peppers, tomatoes to it. You can add grated cheese to vegetables, but this time I add two eggs and a few tablespoons of sour cream, salt and suneli hops.
I mix everything well and put it on top of the minced meat, level it and send it to the already warmed up to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
The casserole turns out to be very tender and juicy, the meat absorbs all vegetable juices and it is incredibly tasty, be sure to try it.
