Friends! Today I'm preparing dinner for the whole family. Simple, hearty and delicious! Unusual cutlets with "Freckles" potatoes.

I need 400 grams of minced meat, I made minced chicken thighs.

Cut one small onion into thin quarters.

Salting and remembering the onion with my hands right on the board to make the onion softer. I'm sending the onion to the mince.

I cut two small potatoes into thin cubes. In this case, you should not grate on a grater, otherwise the potatoes in the cutlets will not be felt.

I send potatoes to minced meat.

I add a diced tomato, it will give a pleasant sourness. I add salt, ground pepper and dry garlic.

I mix well so that the meat envelops the potatoes. Then the cutlets will keep their shape well. It is most convenient to knead by hand.

I form cutlets with wet hands.

I warm up the frying pan, pour in some vegetable oil. I spread the cutlets and fry over medium heat, until golden brown.

Turn over, fry on the other side until a light crust forms. Cover with a lid and bring to readiness over low heat. About 15 minutes. You can add some water.
