Beans with mushrooms are a delicious dinner dish for the whole family. It turns out fragrant and satisfying. Delicate beans, mushrooms and vegetables, all with a spicy hint of garlic. This is delicious!
Beans with mushrooms are prepared very simply from available products. This dish is great for daily preparation.

It is self-sufficient, it does not need meat. Despite the fact that the dish is vegetable, it saturates perfectly. Beans with mushrooms can be safely cooked in fasting.
And also this second dish will appeal to those who adhere to proper nutrition. This dish is full of beneficial nutrients, vitamins and protein.

Ingredients:

  • champignons - 300 g
  • beans - 250 g
  • hot water - 200 ml
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's cook the beans.
Pour 250 g of beans with water. Leave to swell for several hours. I put it on for the night.

2. The beans are already swollen, we drain the water from them. We transfer the beans to a saucepan and pour in clean water. We put everything on fire. After boiling, cook the beans for about 40 minutes.

3. While the beans are cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
300 g of my mushrooms, cut in half and cut into slices.
Cut 1 onion into quarters into rings.
1 carrot, three on a coarse grater.

4. Put mushrooms in a well-heated frying pan. We cook them over the highest heat, stirring occasionally. When all the water has evaporated from the mushrooms, pour vegetable oil into the pan.

5. Add the chopped onion. Pass the mushrooms and onions for 1-2 minutes.

6. We put grated carrots. We pass everything for another 1-2 minutes.

7. Add the already cooked beans without liquid to the pan. Pour in 1 tsp. red sweet paprika. Salt with about half a tablespoon of salt. Add 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste. And pour about 200 ml of boiling water or liquid in which the beans were cooked.

8. We mix everything.
Cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.

9. At the end of cooking add 1-2 cloves of garlic and black pepper to the dish. Mix everything and remove from heat. The dish is ready.

Beans with mushrooms turned out to be very tasty and aromatic. This simple and hearty dish is perfect for a family dinner. Be sure to cook it, it's delicious.
