Such a salad is prepared very quickly and incredibly simple. I do not recommend preparing such a salad in advance, since the vegetables will let out the juice and lose their freshness.
Dressing a salad with daikon is best with sour cream or thick unsweetened yogurt, but mayonnaise will do as a last resort.

Ingredients:
daikon - 400 g
fresh cucumber - 200 g
boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
walnut - 30 g
French mustard grains - 1 tsp l.

Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
One daikon, weighing about 400 g, three on a coarse grater.
200 g of cucumbers, too, three on a coarse grater.
2. Three boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
Chop 30 g of walnuts with a knife into smaller pieces.
3. Add grated cucumber and eggs to a large bowl with prepared daikon.
Salad to taste and pepper. Season the salad with 2 tbsp. sour cream. We put 1 tsp here. l. French mustard seeds, it can be replaced with regular mustard.
4. Mix the salad well.
Before serving, sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts, they give the salad a special taste.
The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
