Flavored cake with plums summer tea. Simple ingredients and a simple recipe that's why I love this cake.
When the summer weather is not happy, I love me please cake with spicy spices. The aroma of this cake warm, and slightly sour taste reminiscent of plums, summer is not over yet.

1.5 cups of flour (190 gr)
1.5 hours. spoon of baking powder
1 h. cinnamon spoon
¼ h. tablespoons nutmeg
⅛ hours. spoon cardamom

8 Art. tablespoons butter (113 gr)
1 cup sugar (200 g)
2 tbsp. spoon of vanilla sugar
0.5 cups of milk (125 g)
400-500 gr plums
Plums are washed, remove seeds. Large fruit is cut into quarters, smaller - in half.
All the dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl until smooth. Pre pull butter from the refrigerator to make it to room temperature.
Butter whip with a conventional sugar and vanilla until creamy (2-3 minutes). Add egg and stir with a mixer.
Sift half the flour mixture is stirred. I add half of the milk and gently stirred already at low speed. I repeat procedure. The dough should have a thick.
Form 24 cm diameter grease butter, parchment lined bottom. Iridescent batter into the pan and evenly distributed over the entire surface. I insert plums into the dough and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 180 ° C. Depending on the moisture draining, you may need more or less time. Willingness to check with a toothpick. After baking the cake to give cool slightly and removed from the mold.
Serve the best still warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I was very light and airy cake with a pleasant sour plum. The dough is baked through well and easily behind the walls of the mold. I recommend to the preparation.
