A very simple layered salad is a ready-made Minutka salad that is prepared in a few minutes. It is beautiful, tasty, nourishing, and due to the tomatoes it is quite light. Minutka salad with tomatoes is great for the daily menu. But he especially helps out when guests are on the doorstep.
Such a layered salad is prepared simply and quickly from the most affordable ingredients. Boiled chicken in a salad can be replaced with any meat or sausage that you have in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken fillet - 300 g
  • tomato - 2 pcs.
  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 100 g
  • mayonnaise - 100 g
  • green onions - 1
  • a bunch of salt - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.
Cut 300 g of boiled chicken fillet into cubes. Chicken fillet can be replaced with other meat or sausage.
Cut 2 boiled eggs into cubes.

2. Cut two medium tomatoes into quarters. We cut out the seeds from each piece so that there is no excess liquid in the salad. Cut the tomato pulp into cubes.

3. Finely chop a small bunch of green onions.
100 cheese three on a fine grater.

4. We put 100 g of mayonnaise in a culinary bag so that it is convenient to apply it to the salad.
Lining the bowl in which we will fold the salad with cling film.

5. We fold the salad.
Put half of the grated cheese in the first layer and tamp it a little with a fork.
We apply mayonnaise with a mesh.

6. Put half the chopped tomatoes in the second layer.
Sprinkle with green onions on top.
Salt a little.
We apply a net of mayonnaise.

7. Place half of the sliced ​​chicken fillet and align it over the entire layer.
Mayonnaise mesh.
Place a layer of boiled eggs. We spread only half.
Apply mayonnaise again.

8. After that we repeat all layers again.
Cheese, tomatoes, green onions, meat, boiled eggs.
We put the salad in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, so that it is infused.

9. Turn the finished salad onto a plate. Sprinkle the top with green onions and tomato slices.
The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table
