The perfect omelet (I used to have it always fall off until I learned this method)

Today I want to share a recipe for the perfect omelet that never settles. You always want the omelet to be perfect, but not always everyone succeeds. I assure you, this way everyone makes an omelet, the first time, magnificent, very tasty, appetizing and does not settle. See for yourself.

Recipe:

Eggs - 4 pcs.

Salt -1 / 3 tsp.

Milk -200ml.

Butter -30gr.

COOKING METHOD

Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, pour in 200 ml of milk. Beat with a whisk, you can use the usual one. You do not need to beat much, you just need to combine the yolk with the egg white and egg.

We take a container, you can use a regular plate. Pour in eggs with milk. Then add butter about 30 grams.

We take a suitable saucepan, pour some water into it on the bottom, put a bowl. Close the lid and put on fire. Cook until tender, from the moment of boiling for 15 minutes.

We take out the bowl with the omelet. We go along the edge with a silicone spatula and transfer to a plate. Cut into portions and serve. This is how it turns out beautiful and appetizing in the context. It tastes unusual, so creamy. I recommend cooking, because it's very simple.
