Today is the recipe for a luxurious (I'm not afraid of this word) salad! This is a real bomb, many thanks to my reader Natalya Andreeva, because it was she who shared this recipe with me. I cooked (made only some changes) and remained in a wild delight, and, of course, I cannot help but share this recipe with my readers.
I baked one large beetroot in the oven beforehand, wrapping it in foil. She spent 2 hours in the oven and then cooled down at room temperature. Beets need to be cut into small pieces.
Then I chopped half of a small red onion with "feathers" and marinated in vinegar mixed with water in equal proportions.
Next, you need to chop two fresh tomatoes. This is what surprised me in this recipe - the combination of baked beets and fresh tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes in much the same way as the beets.
I cut the Sirtaki cheese into small pieces, but I don't send it to the salad bowl yet.
I mix all the ingredients except cheese, adding a little parsley. I do not salt the salad, season with olive oil.
Before serving, I spread the salad on a platter and put slices of cheese on top. And at the very end I add a little freshly ground pepper.
How delicious it is!!! Such a salad will take its rightful place on the festive table and will be a wonderful decoration on weekdays. I highly recommend keeping this recipe for yourself and be sure to make a salad in the coming days. And again, many thanks to Natalia 👇
