The salad came out on my 230 kcal.

Yesterday I cooked a lot of food and now I just warm up and enjoy.

Today for lunch I have "fiery" borsch with homemade adjika (445 g) with 40 g of sour cream and a slice of bread (35 g).

Dinner went out on 270 kcal.

And for dinner 450 g (weight with broth) stuffed pepper, 20 g sour cream 15% and bread (35 g). I added a tablespoon of fiber to a bowl of broth.

Dinner for 440 kcal.

And to get my 1500 calories and carbohydrates with tea in the evening I ate a marshmallow - 115 kcal.

The result of the day is 1505 kcal. B - 111, F - 57, U - 130.
