Since I am now in the process of raising my calorie intake to my norm, and we can say on maintaining weight, the weight makes me happy. Fluctuates +/-, but does not grow with increasing calorie intake:

Forgive me, but I still eat the home-salted fish. I can refuse any sweets, but never such fish. There is nothing tastier than fish that you pickled yourself, without any chemicals and preservatives.
My breakfast is sandwiches on whole grain bread (50 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and 85 g of fish.
Breakfast came out on 385 kcal.
There is still a cottage cheese casserole for a snack, which I am very happy about. Tasty, satisfying and you don't have to think about what to cook or what to eat. 130 g casserole - 265 kcal.
Although it is my birthday, we will not have holiday feasts today. There are plans for a cinema and a cafe on Saturday. And on Friday you need to work, and go to the store and redo a bunch of things.
I bought a small chicken, which I will bake for dinner, and for lunch I will cook borscht in my free time from work.
And what's going on on the street! The snow melts slowly at +5 degrees, everything floats. And how slippery! I barely made it to the house with the bags. But one can already feel that spring is near and it pleases.
I liked the homemade adjika marinade with dry garlic, coriander, suneli hops, black pepper and salt. I rubbed the chicken under the skin, and sprinkled the skin with turmeric on top.
And most importantly, I put it in the oven and forgot it until the timer calls!
I cooked the borscht, marinated the chicken, dined and set to work.
My lunch is a plate of borscht (450 g) with 30 g of bread and 40 g of sour cream 15%.
Happened for lunch 285 kcal.
And my, so to speak, festive dinner consisted of 250 g of baked chicken breast and 150 g of salad, seasoned with 5 g of olive oil.
Dinner for 315 kcal.
And with tea in the evening I ate 80 g of curd pigtails - 200 kcal.
This is my new experiment with curd dough.
The result of my day is 1510 kcal. B - 133, F - 60, U - 96.
