  • When the sugar caramel is ready, the cream should be hot.
  • Gently add the cream to the caramel with constant stirring.
  • Cook the caramel until all the lumps dissolve.
  • Add salt, vanilla sugar and mix.
  • Then put the apples.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  • Simmer the apples until almost cooked and turn off the heat.

STROUZEL OR CONFECTIONERY BREAD:

  • Add sugar to flour and mix.
  • Chop cold butter or grate it.
  • Grind it quickly with your hands into crumbs along with flour and put in the refrigerator.

DOUGH:

  • Add baking powder to flour.
  • Beat soft butter with sugar.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then salt, half of the flour with baking powder and mix everything at low speed.
  • Pour milk and remaining flour here.
  • Put the finished dough into a mold and flatten.
  • Put the apple filling on the dough.
  • Put only apples, let the caramel remain in the bowl so that the filling is not too runny.

Send the mold to the oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  • Put the remaining caramel from the apples in the refrigerator.
  • The finished cake should be allowed to cool, preferably on a wire rack. Then it can be removed from the mold.
