For breakfast today I had: 2 boiled eggs with melted cheese (30 g), as well as a sandwich on whole grain bread (35 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (40 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.
I used to like to grease an egg with mayonnaise. But what can we hide - do not grease, but pour plenty of mayonnaise. And now it tastes better for me to put in a little processed cheese and the calorie content is much lower, not to mention the fats. For the sake of interest, I compared how many calories there would be in breakfast if I had put not 30 g of cheese, but 30 g of mayonnaise - a difference of 100 kcal!
Everything is relative. Here +100 kcal, there +150, and visually the difference is not even noticeable! This is how the extra pounds come on. This is another reason to ponder for those who are still portion-oriented and do not understand that the calorie content of food is important.
But my snack today was very strange. I bought smoked cheese for the holiday (remember what is on the nose on February 23?), But how not to try it? We have to assess what kind of product they brought us. Yes, and in the absence of your favorite lightly salted fish, you want something salty.
Tried as much as 45 g on 125 kcal, according to KBZHU from the packaging.
For lunch, 300 g casserole of turkey breast and vegetables - 315 kcal.
And with tea after dinner I ate 20 g of chocolate - 110 kcal.
By the evening today I was preparing PP pancakes on rice flour and wanted to stuff a few pancakes with minced chicken breast for myself. But I got carried away, and stuffed all the pancakes with pork farash filling and sweet apple jam filling for my home.
Realized that she was left without supper when the job was done.
It's good that the Olivier salad was also sliced ββwith boiled chicken breast. So he became my dinner.
250 g of salad that I seasoned with yogurt (50 g) and bread (40 g) - 380 kcal.
In the evening, I brewed myself a vitamin drink with sea buckthorn, oranges, mint and honey, which turned out to be about 125 kcal. Andate 20 g of vanilla marshmallow - 65 kcal.
The result of my day: K - 1540, B - 101, F - 70, U - 117.
With the help of a calorie deficit, there will be not only physical education, but also adherence to the drinking regime. Don't forget about the water, please.
By the evening, my mood disappeared and even a bright tasty sea buckthorn drink did not help.
