I eat a little and don't lose weight - I hear that often. I eat a lot and have lost 63 kg. I tell you what is the secret.

The main secret of my weight loss is not a secret at all. This is the calculation of calories and BJU (proteins, fats and carbohydrates).

When you know exactly your food ration, you can control your food and eat what you want calmly, and not starve on grass and boiled breast.

The basic rule is to observe your daily calorie intake and BJU. If you need to lose weight, we establish a small calorie deficit from the norm we need and slowly, but surely, as well as without harm to ourselves, we become slimmer.

Of course, there are nuances that I talk about in my blog very often.

But the most important rule of losing weight is to spend more energy than we consume with food, and then we will lose weight, then we will establish a calorie deficit.

You can cook your favorite meals with less calories and enjoy food and slimness.

This weekend, or rather February 27, I had another download day - we celebrated my birthday.

I have not yet raised the calorie content of my diet to normal, so the day of loading will not hurt me to quickly swing the body. In general, loading days are needed so that the body does not get used to a long deficit, because it may happen that our the body adapts to a smaller amount of incoming energy and stops giving off fat, but we need this to avoid.

And the next day I again control my diet, the calorie content of which is now in the range of 1500-1550 kcal.

As an example of my diet based on calorie counting, I will give my menu.

For breakfast I have two eggs and a sandwich on whole wheat bread (25 g) with butter (10 g) and home-salted salted trout (35 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 400 kcal.

I had a snack as much as 60 g of dried mango with green tea - 190 kcal.

Sometimes some kind of stopper turns on. Like this time with mango. I weighed 40 g, wrote it down in the counter, I look, and a whole bunch of carbohydrates and calories are free for the day.

I think, let me take a thicker dried mango petal, weighed it - 60 g. And then thoughts went from a number: as many as 60 g of dried fruits, this is how many calories, and how many carbohydrates, how many carbohydrates! It feels like Internet trolls are sitting on my shoulders and itching in my ears that "I will never lose weight this way":

And then my brain connects, the trolls run away and I enjoy drinking tea with as much as 60 g of dried mango.

For lunch, a light borscht, which I cooked on a chicken drumstick (450 g of borscht) with 40 g of sour cream and 45 g of bread, dried in a toaster - 325 kcal.

But for dinner, at the request of home, baked potatoes, lightly salted herring and a salad of tomatoes, red onions, garlic, seasoned with fragrant sunflower oil.

My dinner is 150 g of baked potatoes, 100 g of herring, and 150 g of salad.

Happened for dinner 475 kcal.

And the result of my day is 1530 kcal. B - 81, F - 71, U - 133.

BJU suffered a little today, but not critical. In my opinion, there is little protein and a little more fat than necessary.
