They opened the jar - and there were only bones and fins. It's a shame. And I also planned to cook a salad with canned salmon, It's good that I changed my mind and put it into the soup - there was no time to cook something else, and such a fish soup cooks very quickly.

I will never buy canned salmon again. The soup turned out to be normal, tasty and rich, but there was not a piece of fish that could be put on at least one clove.

450 g soup - 165 kcal.

After lunch, I cut myself cheese for tea (35 g) - 130 kcal, because after such a low-calorie soup I will quickly want to eat. And I'll pick up cheese and fats, and proteins.

For dinner, I have a salad with squid, roasted carrots and onions (250 g), seasoned with 30 g of yogurt and a slice of 40 g of bread. I ate another 30 g of yogurt with fiber.

Happened for dinner 312 kcal

We had dinner early, at 5 pm, as always on weekdays. And 3 hours before bedtime, I ate cottage cheese (150 g) with 20 g of raspberry / blueberry jam. Happened 280 kcal.

My day was 1525 kcal. B - 100, F - 66, U - 117. I am slowly walking towards my goal of 1700 kcal. And I am glad that the weight does not increase with the increase in calorie intake!
