My favorite cake cream recipe is very simple and versatile! Any cake tastes better with it. I use it for decorating cakes, and for the layer, and for the filling.
The cream is very tasty. Delicate, sweet and sour, with vanilla aroma.
Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content. I usually use 9%. Put in a bowl, add half of the powdered sugar and beat with a blender until pasty.
You can grind the curd through a sieve if there is no blender.
I send softened butter and the other half of powdered sugar to the mixer bowl. And beat for 5-6 minutes. The oil should swell slightly and turn slightly white.
Transfer the whipped butter to the curd mass and gently stir with a spatula.
The cream is ready! You can decorate the cake or add to the filling.
There are no tasteless cakes with such a cream! Try it.
