Who goes to the mother-in-law for pancakes, and my son-in-law and daughter for vegetarian nests!
Ingredients: Soy minced meat, carrots, onion, Sunflower oil, nest pasta, Hard cheese, Mayonnaise, Salt, Asafoetida, turmeric, spices
Cooking method:
Soy mince pour boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
I discard in a sieve or use a double cheesecloth to squeeze out the soy. This is an important point - it should not be omitted. The stuffing becomes crumbly.
I fry finely grated carrots and finely chopped onions in sunflower oil. I add soy mince to it. You can add a little more oil - it will be tastier.
Add a pinch of asafoetida, half a teaspoon of turmeric, salt to taste, spices. Mix everything and turn off.
Put the nests in a saucepan and fill half with boiling water. Salt. When the lower part is steamed, turn over carefully and again bring to softness.
Put the nests in a glass form, greased with sunflower oil. Top with a pinch of minced soy. There is a little mayonnaise on the minced meat, and grated cheese on it and in the oven for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
