In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Not to look nervous and do not read! Today, a lot of food, and they are all written in my deficiency 1300 kcal. How? How can I lose weight with so much food?

Reducing calorie dishes can afford to try more flavors and not to exceed not what your daily rate, but there is a deficit of calories. And if you keep the deficit "Food = energy = calories" - that we lose weight. It's simple.

But there are still those who did not want to delve into the new information for them and prefer to complain that it is very difficult to lose weight.

In any endeavor at first difficult, but we start? We start to walk, read, write, cook, work, and the list goes on and on.

But as the subject comes to weight loss, once it becomes difficult to appease your appetite a couple of times. Why it happens? As I like to say my - each has its own troubles. But in any case, we are responsible for ourselves and no one else.

Today for breakfast Cottage cheese casserole with apples (210 g) and then drank green tea. I do not forget about vitamins and omega-3. Soon I finish my course vitaminok and take a break. I even received omega-3 to take a break.

Breakfast is turned on 230 kcal.

Today, nothing unusual was happening, as always after breakfast I sat down to work, and worked from 8 am to 12 without looking up from the notebook.

Only helped herself to a snack sandwiches on whole grain bread (25 g) with fish paste (40 g) and put a little cucumber, which is even considered not become kbzhu.

Snack turned on 185 kcal.

By lunchtime I was planning to acquire soup, which should last me for a few days. At the soup cooking it took me 45 minutes! And it's a given that I shot for you new retseptik and you need to understand a bit of time still occupies the process of preparing to shoot myself shooting.

And until cooked soup for lunch eaten persimmon (130 g) and drank green tea - 85 kcal.

And the soup was a success. I barely kept from the second plate. Or rather I kept the fact that the second plate would be instead of dessert tiramisu, which I had planned today to snack before dinner.

For lunch, 400 g of cheese and pumpkin puree soup and rye bread (10 g) was brought to me 260 kcal.

I have a habit, if do something, then plunge headlong and it is not completed yet not rest. And in the work - I try to prepare everything in advance, to make developments and, when it's all redone, it turns out that I have plenty of free time.

It happened yesterday and the first half of the day has passed without a break today, as they say, but the second - free. Therefore, indulge yourself with different snacks, good time there. Yes, and your blog, you can pay a little more free time.

That's an hour or 2 in the afternoon, and even more arranged her feast - ate tiramisu - 150 kcal.

This time, use 1 small loaf of bread, and caloric get even less.

At dinner, everything was ready. Yesterday beans and 1 cup chicken breast under the fur, which makes me happy for 3 days.

Dinner - 150 g of green beans, stewed with onions and 150 g of chicken breast under coat, total 300 kcal.

Day turned to 1210 kcal.

All day eating and barely won in 1200. In reality, however?

Be sure to drink your water intake.

And do not forget to break away from work for 10 minutes to warm up and work out with the fitness band.

Just want to say that such a number of my meals are not always. Typically, 3 main and 1 afternoon snacks. But here today, straight like to pamper yourself and relax. And why not, since all perfectly fit into my KBZHU?
