A simple salad with the most common ingredients. But I serve it in edible plates. Guests always like the serving itself and the taste of crispy lavash.
First, I prepare the plates. I cut a circle out of pita bread, grease it with oil, put it in a suitable form and put it in an oven preheated to 200˚C for 5 minutes.
Salad dressing is made from olive oil, lemon juice and mustard. Chop a fresh cucumber, baked chicken fillet and herbs. I put everything in a bowl. I add a small can of green peas. I stir.
I put a leaf of lettuce in a plate of pita bread. And on top is the salad itself. Salad on salad :) Serve immediately, until the plate is soaked.
Ingredients:
∙ Lavash
∙ Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
∙ Chicken fillet - 250-300 g
∙ Green peas - 1 ban. (average)
∙ Green onions
∙ Greens (dill, parsley)
∙ Lettuce leaves
∙ Spices
∙ Salt
For refueling:
∙ Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
∙ Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
∙ Mustard - 1 tsp
