But it is worth it to subject to heat treatment - it is revealed so that you will want to cook quince again and again.

Very tasty - baked quince in oven with chicken, duck, goose. We first eaten all the quince, and then later a bird. By the way, New Year's is a great option for hot dishes.

But today I want to offer you a recipe for chicken breast, braised quince.

✅Nam need:

  • chicken breast - 2 middle fillet (620 g)
  • quince 2 pcs (470 g)
  • 1 onion pieces (80 g),
  • classic yogurt - 1 pot (150 g)
  • salt, black pepper, dried garlic - to taste.

Preparation.

Prepare all the products.

Peel onions, washed well with chicken.

We quince remove core with seeds.

Cournot breast cut into small pieces.

Quince cut into approximately the same size as the chicken.

Onions finely chop.

Take a saucepan, adding to it 50 ml of water and extinguish the lid in a skillet quince 5 minutes.

Then add the onions and simmer for another 5 minutes.

By quince add chicken breast, salt and pepper to taste, add a pinch of dried garlic.

Simmer, covered, stir occasionally.

When the chicken breast is almost ready - add the yogurt and simmer for a few minutes.
