I found my way to being lean and regret that I didn't know about calorie counting much earlier.
Once they wrote to me that calorie counting has been known for a very long time and I am cunning, saying that almost 3 years ago (almost 3 years ago!) There was little information.
Yes, there was little information and there was no such large-scale coverage of the problem as it is now. Only after plunging into the problem with my head, starting a lot of reading and studying information, dropping all diets, I came to counting calories.
But even now there are many people does not know and does not understand the principle of calculating calories and their deficit.
Just one recent example:
Enough people just to "google" what a calorie is. And this is not an isolated comment, believe me.
And how many of those who have no idea at all about calories in food and in the old fashioned measure everything in portions and do not understand that a portion can be the same in volume, but contain a different number of calories.
And the worst thing is that people do not want to understand. Everything that does not fit in their head, everything that crosses out their stereotypes, everything that goes beyond the usual - all this is more convenient to call nonsense, to say "not I believe "and go on to torment yourself with cabbage and carrots, so that in a week you can quit the diet, break into a bun and eat up everything that was thrown off in a week "crunch".

Breakfast I have my favorite fish sandwiches. There is still a tasty fish left after the celebration - when you control the food and the products do not fly away in an instant and you can enjoy your favorite food for a long time.
Sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (75 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and lightly salted cold smoked fish (85 g).
Breakfast for 420 kcal.
After spending all the weekend relaxing, I have to work without looking up from my computer.
Even the sad look of Busyandra, who is not being paid attention to, distracted me only for a couple of minutes. Couldn't photograph it. That's how she needs it - she's right there, and when I want to stroke her and calm her nerves, she also hisses at me:
Snacked on tangerines (200 g) and tea with 20 g of chocolate - 185 kcal.
It's good that after the weekend, cooked meals remained at home and I didn't have to be distracted by cooking today.
So for lunch, I warmed up canned salmon soup (450 g) and made myself a sandwich on the Darnitsa bread (40 g) with fish pate (30 g), so that lunch is more satisfying and does not want to eat an hour after ate soup.
Lunch - 315 kcal.
For dinner, I warmed up a chicken breast, marinated and baked in spices (200 g) and cut a vegetable salad (150 g total weight of vegetables), which I filled with 5 g of aromatic sunflower oil.
My supper went out on 315 kcal.
During the day today I ate 30 g of dried mango and 30 g of cashew nuts for 290 kcal.
The result of the day is 1530 kcal. B - 99, F - 63, U - 126.
I already boldly go to my 1700 kcal. And I still don't bother weighing and counting food using the app on my phone.
When there is a goal and a desire to maintain the result, you will not pay attention to small troubles. Although I already determine the weight of products by eye and may have stopped weighing food for a long time, itβs even easier for me, more reliable, I suppose.
I understand perfectly well that as soon as I start overeating, following my "wishes", about stress, about a bunch of factors affecting appetite, I will immediately begin to gain weight again.
We overeat - we get fat! And there's nothing you can do about it!
And I am very surprised by those who write - they gave up counting calories and the weight returned. What do you want if you do not control yourself and sweep away everything that catches your eye? Even without a clear calculation, you can control yourself and upset without carrying excess food in your mouth - then the weight will not return. But it turns out that it is more important for you to eat one more bun than to be healthy, beautiful and slim.
Your choice, your troubles with food - it all comes from your head. First of all, you need to deal with yourself and set priorities.
Nutritional control (and it doesn't have to be eternal counting) should become a way of life. I didnβt - so you just donβt need it, your time hasnβt come.
