Salad "For dear guests" is a delicious and light combination of salted fish, avocado and crispy cabbage. It is vitamin and healthy.
The salad turns out to be light and tasty, all the ingredients are perfectly combined with each other.
Instead of mayonnaise, you can use plain plain yogurt to dress this salad. You will especially appreciate the fact that this salad is prepared in literally 10 minutes.
Nobody will refuse such a salad!
And in the recipe, I will share a life hack of what to do if you bought an unripe avocado.
Ingredients:
- kaupsta peking - 300 g
- salted red fish - 200-300 g
- avocado - 2 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt to taste
- salted red caviar - for decoration
Step by step recipe
1. Let's prepare all the ingredients.
Wash 2 ripe avocados and cut into 2 parts. Ripe avocado is very easily detached from the skin with a tablespoon.
2. If you bought unripe fruits, then in order for the avocado to ripen quickly and become soft and tasty you need take a paper box without holes or a thick paper bag and put an avocado and one ripe apple in it, or banana.
Close the box and leave everything at room temperature for 2-3 days.
3. Cut the peeled avocados into cubes.
Thinly chop 300 g of Chinese cabbage with a knife.
4. Cut 3 thin strips from a piece of salted red fish to decorate the salad.
Cut the rest of the fish into cubes. In total, you will need about 200-300 g of salted red fish.
5. Put chopped cabbage, chopped fish and prepared avocado into a bowl.
Salt the salad to taste and pepper, do not forget that the fish and mayonnaise are already salted.
We fill everything with 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and mix. The mayonnaise in this salad can be replaced with thick, unsweetened yogurt.
6. We transfer the salad to a plate on which we will serve it on the table.
Twist roses from strips of fish.
We put roses on top of the salad.
Also salad, if desired, you can decorate with red caviar.
The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
