Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 kg
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- onions - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- egg - 1 pc.
- bran (bread crumbs) - 2 tbsp. l.
- tomato sauce - 2 tbsp l.
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
Step by step recipe
1. For a casserole, we need 1 kg of chicken fillet or other chicken meat.
Cut 0.5 kg fillet into small pieces.
2. Twist the remaining 0.5 kg fillets in a meat grinder. We also twist 300 g of cottage cheese in a meat grinder. You can take cottage cheese of any fat content.
3. Cut two onions into cubes.
Two medium-sized carrots, three on a fine grater.
4. Put the chopped onion in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pass until golden.
5. Add grated carrots to the onion. Saute everything until carrots are soft.
6. Add vegetable sautéing to a bowl with twisted meat and cottage cheese.
Pour 2 tbsp here. bran or bread crumbs. Salt everything to taste and pepper. Break 1 egg and mix.
7. Add the chopped chicken fillet pieces to the prepared mass and mix again.
8. Grease the baking dish with butter.
We shift the meat mixture into the prepared form. The size of my form is 26x16 cm.
9. We put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for about 40 minutes.
10. It took 40 minutes. Grease the casserole on top with tomato sauce or tomato paste and set to bake again for another 10 minutes.
11. We take the finished casserole out of the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Cut the casserole into portions and serve hot.
