There are a lot of recipes for fish soups, but I suggest trying this particular recipe. It contains a lot of tasty fish, rich, aromatic broth and vegetables. I also like to put vermicelli in fish soup. I make soup with red and white fish, but you can use either one.

This soup is prepared simply and relatively quickly. In the family, no one refuses such a soup, and they often ask for an addition.

Ingredients:

  • water - 3 l
  • red fish - 300 g
  • hake - 500 g
  • potatoes - 300 g
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • vermicelli - 80 g
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • fresh dill - bunch
  • salt - 1/2 tbsp. l.
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.
  • ground black pepper - to taste

Step by step recipe

1. In a pan with a volume of 4 liters, put half a kilogram of hake, already peeled from scales and entrails, and 300 g of red fish.
I have thawed pieces of red fish, but you can also use whole fish. Pour about 3 liters of water into a saucepan.


We put everything on fire.

2. When the water boils, remove the resulting foam. Cook the fish for 15 minutes.

3. While the fish is cooking, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Cut 300 g of peeled potatoes into small pieces.
Cut 1 onion into cubes.
Cut 1 carrot into small cubes.

4. Put chopped onion in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Pass until golden. The onion has slightly gilded, add the prepared carrots. Saute over low heat until the carrots are soft. The vegetables are ready, remove them from the heat.

5. The fish is already cooked. We take it out of the broth and leave it to cool.
Put chopped potatoes in a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes.

6. 10 minutes have passed, add 80 g of small durum wheat noodles and cook for another 5 minutes.

7. The fish has already cooled down a little, remove the bones and fins. We disassemble the fish meat into smaller pieces.
Grind a small bunch of parsley.
Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.

8. Put the prepared fish fillet back into the soup. Add browned vegetables.

9. Put the bay leaf and salt with about half a tablespoon of salt. Pepper with black pepper. We mix everything.
When the soup boils, add the chopped dill. And pour the juice of half a lemon, filtering it through a sieve. We mix everything. As soon as the soup boils, remove it from the heat.
The soup is ready to serve.

The fish soup with noodles turned out to be very tasty, aromatic and satisfying. Preparing is easy and fast enough. The whole family will love this soup.
