A delicious, beautiful and uncomplicated portioned dessert in glasses will more than replace a cake on a festive table. Delicate sponge cake with a fragrant hint of baileys, strawberry interlayer, tender sour cream... And, of course, an unusual portioned serving. All this is a trifle dessert.
Translated from English "trifle" means - "trifle". This is how this dessert is prepared - simple and easy. All ingredients are laid out in layers and you get a cake in a glass.

Instead of a biscuit, you can take shortbread cookies, add chocolate, nuts, berries and fruits - whatever your heart desires.
Dessert trifle will look great on a festive table. It is also perfect for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner. With such a magically delicious dessert, you are guaranteed a romantic mood!

Ingredients:

Biscuit:

  • eggs - 5 pcs.
  • sugar - 200 g
  • flour - 160 g
  • milk - 100 ml
  • odorless vegetable oil - 70 ml
  • cocoa - 40 g
  • baking powder - 10 g

Berry layer:

  • frozen strawberries (fresh) - 200 g
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Cream:

  • sour cream 20% - 350 g
  • not boiled condensed milk - 150 ml
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

1. First, bake a chocolate sponge cake.
Mix dry ingredients.
Pour 160 g flour, 40 g cocoa and 10 g baking powder into a bowl. We mix everything.

2. Break 5 eggs into a separate bowl. We begin to beat the eggs and gradually add 200 g of sugar, beating without stopping. It is advisable to take eggs at room temperature. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.

3. Add 70 ml of odorless vegetable oil to this and beat again.

4. Sift the prepared flour mixture into the whipped mass through a sieve in three approaches, each time stirring a little with a mixer at the lowest speed. You can also stir the dough with a spatula. The dough should remain airy.

5. Pour the finished dough into a mold, the bottom of which is covered with parchment paper. The diameter of my mold is 21 cm.
We put everything in the oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.

6. Remove the biscuit from the oven and let it cool.

7. Remove the cooled biscuit from the mold and cut it into 3 approximately equal parts.
We only need one cake, from the other two you can make a cake.

Cut one of the biscuit cakes into small cubes.

8. Preparing the cream.
Pour 350 ml of sour cream with 20% fat into a bowl. We also add 150 g of condensed milk to this. Beat everything with a mixer.

9. Take half a lemon and squeeze about 2 tbsp from it. l. lemon juice.
Add lemon juice in small portions to the cream, constantly beating with a mixer. Beat the cream for about a minute. The lemon juice thickens the cream.

10. We take 200 g of thawed and already chopped strawberries and add 2 tablespoons to it. Sahara. Mix the strawberries with sugar well.

11. We add dessert.
Put the biscuit cubes on the bottom of the glass so that they lie in one layer. Pour 1 tbsp of the biscuit on top. l. Baileys liqueur. The recipe for its preparation is on the site.
Put a layer of sour cream on the biscuit. The cream must be placed so that it touches the walls of the glass.
Pour the strawberry puree in the next layer.

12. On the strawberry puree again put the biscuit cubes in one layer. Pour the sponge cake with liquor. Next is sour cream. So we add the whole dessert. Finish with a layer of sour cream.
From this amount of ingredients, 4 cups of dessert, 250 ml each, were obtained.
Part of the biscuit remained.

13. Decorate the top of the desserts with heart-shaped chocolates. Sprinkle sour cream with white sugar.

The dessert in glasses turned out to be very tasty, beautiful and unusual. It is not difficult to prepare. If there is no time to bake a biscuit, then it can be replaced with shortbread cookies. Strawberries can also be substituted with other berries or cherries.
