This March 8 spring salad combines all the ingredients very well. Thanks to the large number of vegetables, the salad turns out to be juicy, moderately light, with a bright and piquant taste.
This salad will be appreciated not only by girls, but men will also definitely like it.
The zest of the salad is in its design. A bouquet of cheese calla lilies will delight and, in the best possible way, will emphasize the festive spring mood!
Ingredients:
- Korean carrots - 250 g
- baked chicken fillet (boiled) - 300 g
- fresh cucumber - 3 pcs.
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.
- toaster cheese - 3 pcs.
- parsley - bunch
Step by step recipe
1. Cut the Korean carrots into smaller pieces.
2. First cut one cucumber into slices, and then cut the circles into cubes.
3. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
For convenience, put the mayonnaise into a pastry bag.
4. Put half of the prepared Korean carrots on the bottom of the plate.
on top we apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
5. The second layer is sliced chicken fillet.
Apply a net of mayonnaise on top.
6. The third layer is a sliced cucumber.
Above - a mesh of mayonnaise.
7. Put the remaining sliced Korean carrots on the cucumber layer.
We spread it not only on top, but also on the sides of the salad.
8. Cut the second cucumber into semicircles.
9. Decorate the salad with semicircles of cucumber along the bottom edge.
Roll calla flowers from toaster cheese plates.
10. Decorate the salad with cheese flowers.
Put a piece of carrot in the middle of each flower.
At the bottom of the flowers, lay out greens, imitating a bouquet.
