Ingredients:
- Korean carrots - 350 g
- boiled eggs - 6 pcs.
- baked chicken fillet - 300 g
- champignons - 300 g
- mayonnaise
- dill - bunch

1. First, let's prepare the ingredients.
Cut 300 g of mushrooms into small cubes.
Put the chopped mushrooms in a preheated pan.
2. Fry over high heat until all the liquid has evaporated. Then add some sunflower oil and fry them until golden. Remove from heat and let them cool down.
3. Cut 300 g of baked chicken fillet into small cubes.
Grind 350 g of Korean carrots into smaller pieces. We leave about 50 g of carrots to decorate the salad, you do not need to cut them.
4. Cut flowers from eggs to decorate the salad. We need 3-5 daisies
5. Divide 6 eggs into white and yolk.

Three yolks on a fine grater.
6. For convenience, we transfer mayonnaise into a disposable pastry bag.
7. We collect the salad.
Spread the sliced chicken fillet evenly in the first layer.
Apply mayonnaise.
8. Put the already cooled prepared mushrooms in the second layer.
Again we apply a mesh of mayonnaise.
9. The next layer of prepared Korean carrots.

11. And the last layer of grated yolk, we distribute it throughout the salad.
12. We decorate the salad.
Using a culinary bag, draw circles with mayonnaise on the sides of the salad.

13. In the center of each circle we put a dot of mayonnaise. We glue a cranberry berry to it.
14. Put the protein chamomile on top in the center of the salad. Put finely chopped Korean carrots in the middle of each flower.
15. We put dill leaves near the flowers.
