Good morning! Have a great day, friends. We prepare a delicious and healthy "live breakfast" from available natural products.
Usually, the morning of "adequately eaters" does not start with coffee, but with warm water and with a raw food cleansing smoothie (or other mixture) on a blender! (clean intestines = strong immunity)
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin - 1x10 cm piece (fresh or frozen) - fiber, vitamin A, antiparasitic properties ...
2. Plum - 5 pcs (or prunes) - fiber, laxative properties
3. Wheat bran - 2 tablespoons (or rye, linseed) - coarse fiber
4. Water - 1 glass (preferably melted)
(this is a portion for one person)
Preparation
We take all the components, wash well, remove all unnecessary (plum seeds, pumpkin peel to the side).
Put plum and pumpkin pulp into a blender container, add bran, add warm water.
Then we beat everything for about a minute, put it in a cup, decorate (if desired) and bon appetit to us and our loved ones! :)
