"Liquid" blood is a pledge of health! We brew the most useful "blood-thinning" seagulls. Today we indulge in raspberry tea.
It turns out that large leaf tea is not only on store shelves! It can be found literally everywhere. Raspberry leaves can be found in the forest in both winter and summer (but ideally harvest them in the spring while they are young).
Ingredients:
1. Raspberry leaf - handful
2. Water - 2 glasses
3. Honey - 1 teaspoon (if desired)
Preparation
We took a thermos or thermo mug with us for a walk. Along the way, they got a raspberry leaf (of course, if there is such an opportunity), placed it in a thermos, doused it with hot water, drained the water, poured it with hot water up to 90 degrees.
Then they let it sit for 20-30 minutes (brew), added honey (it is possible without it). Have a nice tea, friends! Everything tastes better in nature!
Mother nature is generous. And in the heat and cold! (often a raspberry leaf gathers dust on the shelf among other medicinal herbs and it's time to remember them)
