For the preparation we need a minimum of products:

- 100 grams of cottage cheese (my home 9%),
- cinnamon and turmeric to taste,
- 3-4 sachet / sachet sweetener.
Let's cook!
My pear, cut it in half and cut out the core. Then spoon the middle of a we clean pears, taking care not to damage the bulb wall.
