Every day I hear that you cannot lose weight if you have pastries, dumplings, pasta, potatoes. And the list of foods that supposedly cannot be eaten while losing weight goes on and on.

Yes, I also thought the same way, I also sat on kefir diets, ate fresh boiled breast and buckwheat, chewed cabbage (until I ruined my stomach). And I tried a lot of other things to lose weight. However, I achieved success in losing weight fleetingly and every other time.

But I was able to step over all the "no" and take a new diet for me on counting calories, study and understand how it works counting calories and their deficit, successfully lose weight without disruptions (which were constant on diets), as well as eating deliciously and not starving.

And now I am sharing my experience with you, so that those who need it will see that it is possible differently, that you can eat balanced, satisfying and at the same time slim down.

As an example of a menu with the calculation of KBZHU, I will give my daily diet.

I made myself sandwiches for breakfast. And she even fried bread in a dry frying pan.

In general, I decided to unload myself a little and devote more time to rest and myself.

A vicious circle - I got up early, ate quickly and rather squeezed me out of my computer to work orderly. Considering that I am at home all day and sometimes my working day is not 8 hours, but all 10-11, and even on weekends, weekends are often completely different.

I will do more of what I like now.

So, breakfast sandwiches on toasted bread (75 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and carp caviar (45 g). And green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast - 310 kcal.

I was slowly blogging, preparing video recipes for you. All this also takes a lot of time.

I fiddled with the video and realized that I was already hungry. I look, and the time is almost 11 o'clock! This is what it means to accustom the body to the regime.

I still had boiled beets - I bought them for herring under a fur coat, they wanted mine the other day.

By the way, are you buying already boiled vegetables? I used to think - well, is it difficult to boil vegetables for a salad? It was even somehow embarrassing to buy boiled vegetables. And then I realized that the beets that I have at home for a full-fledged herring under a fur coat will not be enough, and I will not have time to cook it. And I decided to buy already boiled in the store. I looked - what they just do not sell. And beets, and potatoes, and carrots. There are even sets for Olivier, already cut and in a vacuum.

I bought boiled beets. I thought there would be some kind of slob. But no. good beetroot caught.

But I'm not going to switch to purchased boiled vegetables. Still, when I cooked it myself, fresh food is tastier. It seems to me.

I grated the remaining beets, mixed with garlic and put in the refrigerator. Now let someone run what he wants.

I tucked myself 155 g of beets with garlic with yogurt (30 g) and ate it for a snack in the afternoon with rye bread (10 g). The snack came out on 145 kcal.

Recently, apples have been flying away with a bang, I do not have time to buy them. So today, before lunch, I went for apples and chicken liver. My husband said that for a long time I didn’t do liver pateπŸ˜‚. Here's a PP - they demand a pate and not some sort of, but our "okoloppshny"!

It's frosty here, slippery, and most of the snow has melted. And I really want a New Year's fairy tale with a snowy forest.

I had lunch with pickle. A pot of soup lasted for three days.

450 g of soup with 30 g of sour cream - 260 kcal.

I worked a little after dinner and put the liver and vegetables to stew for the pate.

And for supper I marinated chicken thigh fillet. I mixed marinade with soy, oyster sauces, with all sorts of spices, mustard - let's see what happens in the end.

She interrupted the pate with a new blender. What a happiness it is when technology is made for people. It seems that the blender did everything for me, I didn’t even have to make an effort to punch the blender's β€œleg” through the liver with curd cheese. In a matter of seconds, the most delicate pate turned out.

While I was cooking, I dabbled in chocolate with tea and cashew nuts. But everything is within the framework of KBZHU: 20 g of dark chocolate and 25 g of cashews - 270 kcal.

Having become accustomed to such a diet as I have now, I understand that I can afford whatever I want in terms of food, but not as before, before losing weight: chocolate - so in bars, nuts - until it runs out, tea - necessarily with sandwiches.

By controlling your diet by counting calories, you learn to enjoy the taste of your favorite foods in moderation. And 20 g of chocolate is enough for tea to enjoy the taste. And often, green tea can be simply drunk to warm up, to feel its aroma and sandwiches are not required at all.

For dinner, I set a pre-marinated chicken thigh to bake and cook buckwheat. And free! The main thing is not to forget that buckwheat is boiled, and the oven will squeak and itself will call for help.

Dinner - 150 g of boiled buckwheat, 150 g of baked chicken thigh and a little cherry. Happened 460 kcal.

Who Can't Get Calories? Prepare a thigh instead of a breast or a drumstick - you will immediately notice how you begin to gain calories.

The result of the day is 1445 kcal. B - 81, F - 63, U - 122.

Here's a day I got today. I observe the drinking regime - I drink my 2 liters of water with pleasure.
