Ingredients: chickpea flour, rice flour, amaranth flour, corn flour, psyllium, apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, corn starch, salt, baking powder, water
Cooking method:
Pyllium is poured into a deep bowl and poured with water, mix with a whisk and leave for a few minutes. The mass will thicken quickly. Add vinegar, vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly.
Separately mix different types of flour, starch, add salt, baking powder.
Add thick psyllium to flour. We knead the dough well. ✔️Perhaps during the kneading process, an additional 20-30 g of flour will be needed.
We form a banana. We make cuts. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds, flax seeds.
