I was predicted that I would not lose weight on my menu. Two years have passed - minus 63 kg. That I will not lose weight - I can still hear.

In our age of available information, many still do not know about such a method of losing weight as a calorie deficit. What can we say about a calorie deficit, if the abbreviation KBZHU (calories, proteins, fats, carbohydrates) is for some a dark forest, although this information is indicated on the packaging of all products.

It has long been proven that foods contain calories. Calories measure the energy that a person receives from food.

Proteins, fats and carbohydrates are nutrients that we get from food. Building material for our body, fuel for its vital functions, raw materials for nails, hair, intra-articular fluid - all these are decomposition products of nutrients.

A few years ago, I myself knew little about the calorie deficit and did not pay attention to BJU.

But as soon as I realized that constant diets do not lead to anything good except for the next zagorov and gaining even more weight, I began to understand what KBZHU is and how by calculating KBZHU lose weight.

And to lose weight by counting KBZHU can be comfortable and even tasty!

So comfortable and tasty that over the course of all two years that I slowly but surely grew slim, many did not even try to delve into and at least understand something in the calculation of KBZHU, they tried to prove to me that I will never lose weight if I eat like I eat. Yes, and they are still trying to prove it, and all photos are called photoshop, deception and shape-shifting (supposedly what I have in my photo "after losing weight", in their opinion, is me in my youth. I am not going to prove to someone that I am me, that losing weight on a calorie deficit is possible by eating exactly the way I eat. This is not my task and in fact it does not matter to me that someone does not believe. It means that his time has not come and the man has not yet filled the bumps to think.

Initially, when creating a blog, I set myself the task of sharing my experience of losing weight, telling and showing by my example how a calorie deficit and balance of BJU works.

Judging by your response, many did not know about calorie counting, and if they did, they could not understand from which side they could not approach it.

And I am glad that I managed to help so many people and open their eyes to many things - first of all, to what you need to eat in order to lose weight, but to control your diet.

I'll tell you as an example of calculating KBZHU about my menu.

My breakfast in a hurry today. Two boiled eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (40 g) with 30 g of curd cheese and 35 g of carp caviar. I drank green tea with a sandwich.

Breakfast turned out to be 415 kcal.

I decided to give myself another day off on Monday. Well, like a day off. There is no urgent work, so you can take a little more rest from the computer, of course, not like on Saturday (I didnโ€™t come to it at all), but still not the whole day at it.

The rest turned out like most women. And you need to get out, and cook, and go to the store. Thatโ€™s how I gave myself the instruction that Iโ€™m not working today - so some household chores immediately got involved. One thing must be done, then another. It's called a rest๐Ÿ˜‚.

I decided to have a snack and go to the store - I want to cook something nasty for dinner.

Snack - 240 g of persimmon and 40 g of cheese with green tea. It turned out 295 kcal.

I walked to the store and bought the freshest cold smoked mackerel. Immediately I remembered our Nadezhda, who constantly indulges herself with mackerel and at the same time managed to lose 65 kg!

There are no products from which we gain weight and from which we lose weight. There is overeating. And you can overeat any food, even the most useful and dietary ones.

And if you are afraid to eat your favorite foods and limit yourself, then itโ€™s not far from the breakdown. And the breakdown is followed by another jam. And if you allowed yourself 2-3 pieces of the same mackerel and some potatoes, then nothing terrible would have happened.

I returned home and cooked a pot of pickle - for a few days you can forget about cooking food for lunch.

Lunch - 450 g of pickle with 30 g of sour cream 10% - 225 kcal

After lunch it was time to sit down at the computer in full. But I wasn't going to work. I talked a little with you, I wrote articles on the sly - there are several unfinished ones, which I cannot finish yet. So I fiddled with the blog until it was time to cook dinner.

I sent potatoes to the oven to bake and peeled and cut the mackerel. I really like the combination of smoked or salted fish with boiled or fried potatoes. But my conscience does not allow me to fry potatoes for some reason. Although I understand that you can get by with a drop of oil.

Baked potatoes are delicious too, especially if you use different spices.

My dinner is 150 g of baked potatoes, 75 g of smoked mackerel, 25 g of Darnitsa bread and a little cherry.

Dinner turned out to be 410 kcal.

And honestly, I didn't want to go over carbohydrates today. You are to blame for everything! They seduced me into a chocolate bar (20 g) and persuaded me that it is possible and even necessary๐Ÿ˜‚. Plus more 105 kcal - chocolate with tea 3 hours before bedtime.

Result of the day: K - 1450, B - 80, F - 64, U - 130.

Do not forget about the drinking regimen (30 ml per 1 kg of weight) and physical education. At least it will be very good to connect walking walks.
