Winter forest raspberry tea, thinning the blood "hot". There is something to profit from in the winter forest!

"Liquid" blood is a pledge of health! We brew the most useful "blood-thinning" seagulls. Today we are "indulging" in raspberry tea, or rather tea made from raspberry leaves, which we discovered while skiing in a fabulously beautiful winter forest.

It turns out that large leaf tea is not only on store shelves! It can be found literally everywhere. Raspberry leaves can be found in the forest in both winter and summer (but ideally harvest them in the spring while they are young).

Wonders! Chlorophyll is everywhere in summer and winter, if you look closely. Green needles of spruce, pine, fir - chlorophyll, under the snow, if you dig with your foot, greens are also found, but how fresh: nettles, strawberry leaves, strawberries and other forest grass-ants stand rooted to the spot from a lush summer... Just have time to make green cocktails on a blender and brew herbal teas.

Mother nature is generous. And in the heat and cold! (often a raspberry leaf gathers dust on the shelf among other medicinal herbs and it's time to remember them)

Ingredients:

1. Raspberry leaf - handful

2. Water - 2 glasses

3. Honey - 1 teaspoon (if desired)

Preparation

We took with us a thermos or thermo mug for a walk with boiling water or ordinary black tea. Along the way, they got a raspberry leaf (of course, if there is such an opportunity), placed it in a thermos, doused it with hot water, drained the water, poured it with hot water up to 90 degrees.

Then they gave our tea 20-30 minutes (it's better to brew), added honey (you can do without it), if you wish, you can still add regular black tea (if you need a bright color, because the raspberry leaf practically does not give color, like green slightly brewed tea).

Enjoy your tea, dear friends! In nature, everything tastes better if it's "Milky Way"! ;) More sunny days for all of us!
