Ingredients: Dough:, flour, egg, boiling water, salt, Stuffing:, minced meat (st. - gov.), sauerkraut, small onion, butter, rast. oils, sugar, salt, pepper

Cooking method:

The dough is simple, partially custard, by the way, it is also perfect for dumplings.

Pour salt into the flour, pour in boiling water, mix with a spoon, then beat out the egg, knead the elastic dough. We leave to rest.

In the meantime, put chopped onion into a pan with heated vegetable oil, fry lightly and add cabbage, it is better to cut it smaller.

Fry the cabbage to the desired degree of softness, I don’t like it when it’s too soft, so I fry for 3-4 minutes and add minced meat.

Simmer, stirring, until minced meat is ready, at the very end it would be nice to add butter. Season to taste. The finished filling should be cooled to room temperature.

Let's start sculpting. Here we act, who is used to it😊, it’s more convenient for me to roll out a large layer and cut out juices from it, but you can also roll a tourniquet from dough, pinch off pieces and roll each one separately.

Today I got 30 rather large pieces😳, of course, I will freeze some of them, such a dough ideally "behaves" both when frozen and when cooked👍! Well, cook, as usual, in salted boiling water, 2-3 minutes after boiling again.
