#23February This potato is for lovers of cheese and all sorts of spices. Cheese and spices take at your discretion. Of course, fresh garlic is better, well, if you don’t have it (I didn’t have it), then take garlic powder. Experiment. Either way, get a very tasty and fragrant potato for a side dish or as an independent dish 😋😋😋
Ingredients: small potatoes, any cheese (preferably cheddar), (or 0.5 tsp) garlic, paprika, Salt, pepper, herbs (preferably parsley and green onions), vegetable oil, butter
Cooking method:
Prepare the ingredients. Peel and boil potatoes. Drain water and cool slightly. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add butter, heat, then add paprika, garlic, salt, pepper (you can also add spices). Mix.
Then add potatoes and fry for a few minutes.
Sprinkle potatoes with herbs (I have dill and cilantro) and grated cheese (I have Parmesan). Close the lid and leave for a few minutes, closed with a lid (can be removed from heat).
Ready potatoes can be served as a side dish, and as a separate dish. Bon appetit 😋
