Ingredients: pie yeast dough, liver (beef, pork, chicken, lamb), onion, oil vegetable for frying, salt, ground pepper, dill, parsley, water, vegetable oil for baking
Cooking method:
Rinse the liver, remove the film, twist in a meat grinder. I have beef and pork liver. You can add chicken.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Then add the twisted liver to the onion and fry, stirring, over medium heat until it brightens and the liquid evaporates. Add water, salt, pepper, simmer until tender, sprinkle with herbs at the end, let cool.
Divide the finished dough into 2 parts, and then into pieces. I got 20 pieces from this amount of dough.
Roll out each piece with a rolling pin into a cake. Put the filling in the middle of the cake, pinch the edges, give the shape of a pie.
Bake pies in a frying pan in hot oil on both sides.
