Preparing a healthy cocktail from dried herbs. It also contains chlorophyll and organic minerals that the body needs.
Ingredients:
1. Nettle powder - 1/3 teaspoon
2. Powdered fireweed - half a teaspoon
3. Ground dill - a pinch
4. Water - 1 glass
(calculated for one portion, it makes sense to prepare for future use)
Preparation
We take dried greens (in spring, summer, autumn they dried, prepared), ground fireweed leaves (Ivan-tea), nettle and dill in a coffee grinder. You can even, without sifting, sprinkle in jars (bottles or boxes) to make it easier to use.
Coarsely ground greens were poured into the blender container, filled with warm water (+ you can add any fresh greens from the windowsill, if any, spices, roots ...). You can soak dry herbs in water overnight.
Beat the herbs for about a minute, strain through a strainer and the green chlorophyll cocktail is ready. Drinks fresh. Chlorophyll = hemoglobin. Let's be healthy as "happy cows!" :)
