The winter beauty of mountain ash beckoned us to her. She gave us a beauty vitamin.
Red mountain ash is rich in vitamins A and C (vitamin A is a vitamin of beauty and youth, and vitamin C is an immunomodulator and a blush on the face). Winter berries are created by nature to help "hibernating" people and birds to overwinter.
Today we will make a wonderful vitamin warming mountain ash drink (hot liquids are even faster penetrate into the blood and warm us in the fierce winter, so we try to drink more healthy strong drinks than harmful).
By the way, rowan is also a bactericidal berry (warriors in their campaigns added rowan berries to not quite potable water in order to purify it and only then calmly drank this former "swamp" water).
Ingredients:
1. Red rowan - a bunch of berries
2. Cinnamon - a pinch
3. Water - 1 glass
4. Honey - 1 tablespoon
Preparation
We got rowan berries (those who have seen the frost, they become tastier), removed the twigs, washed.
We poured berries into the blender container, added cinnamon (not to be confused with cassia), put a spoonful of honey, topped up with warm water (closer to hot, as far as the apparatus tolerates).
Crushed for about a minute, filtered through a strainer and invigorating berry drink is ready. Have a great mood!
