So today I want to share with you a wonderful recipe for fish roll. It is eaten cold - a great snack or addition to vegetable salad, or even a hot Ganira.

You can use any fish fillets. I used salmon fillets. It fits any red fish, and will be delicious and white - cod, pollock and mackerel even.

It prepares to roll just enough. Visually you can see in the video that I posted at the end of the article.

✅Nam need:

  • fillet of fresh fish (I had salmon fillet 400 g)
  • carrot (80g)
  • onion (150g)
  • salt, black pepper, Provencal herbs or favorite seasoning for fish,
  • particulate food gelatin 5 g,
  • juice of 1/4 lemon.

Preparation.

Milling fish (I had already finished fillet that I just took off the skin.) Removing the skin from the fish - always.

The first step is to marinate the fish.

Sprinkle fish fillets with salt, black pepper and your favorite seasonings for the fish (I Provence herbs and versatile vegetable seasoning), sprinkled with lemon juice. We reserve the fish to marinate.

Prepare stuffing.

Finely chop the onion, carrot grate and fry them in a nonstick frying pan without oil. That does not stick, I add water as needed.

We give a little cool zazharki.

Take the foil (I have ended, I had to use a sleeve for baking)

On the foil lay fish fillets (I cut in half and put the fillets so that they form almost a rectangle).

Put the fillets on zazharku, sprinkle gelatin dry evenly and neatly wrapped in a tight roll the fish.

On the sides wrap like candy, tamping firmly.

Remove the roll in an oven at 200 g for 30 minutes.

We obtain from the oven, giving cool (no turning) and remove in a refrigerator for at least 3 hour. I lay all night.

The cooled roll unfolds, removing the foil.

Roll ready!
