This lively breakfast is rich in healthy oils and is good because it also works as an adsorbent (cleanses and nourishes us from the inside at the same time).

Ingredients:

1. Flaxseed - 1/3 cup

2. Coconut pulp - 5x5 cm piece

3. Blueberries - 1 tsp spoon (without them)

4. Flaxseed milk - half a cup (or water)

Preparation

Soak flaxseeds overnight in water (room temperature), leave them on the table to "wake up".

In the morning, immerse the flax seed in a blender container, add a little warm water or vegetable milk, cut the coconut pulp into cubes (you can use ready-made coconut, but fresh is tastier coconut). Add berries (blueberries or your favorites, you can do without berries).

With the regular use of such a live breakfast, the state of health significantly improves (flax also lowers blood sugar and removes the "false food" that torments many during the day).
