We drink the most useful compote all year round! This compote goes especially well in the winter season (it nourishes and cleanses, and "wishes good" to us).
Ingredients:
1. Prunes - 5 pieces
2. Dry pear - 2-3 pieces
3. Dried apricots - 3-5 pieces
4. Water -2-3 glasses
Preparation
We prepared fruits in advance in the fall (they dried them correctly, saved them) and we get vitamins from them all winter. Pour the dried fruits into a jar, pour boiling water over for a couple of seconds, drain the water, pour hot water (up to 90 degrees), cover with a lid and leave overnight (even better it is brewed in a thermo mug or thermos).
By the morning we get a delicious fortified compote! (if desired, slightly heat it up or dilute it with hot water to drink it lukewarm).
Dried fruits will be a good breakfast (carbohydrates are better absorbed in the morning). A good compote - we ate and drank, and vitamins were not ruined by heat treatment! :) Great mood, friends!
