  • Heat a thick-bottomed saucepan on the stove, and gently add sugar.
  • When the main part of the sugar has melted, you can gently stir so that it does not burn.
  • At the same time, bring heavy cream to a boil on the adjacent burner.
  • When the sugar has acquired a rich caramel color, add cream in portions with continuous stirring.

Do this very carefully, the mixture will boil!

  • You can add a pinch of salt, boil the caramel for one minute and turn off the heat.
  • When the caramel has cooled to about 60 ° C, add nut butter to it.
