Now we pour 50 ml of vegetable oil, 35 ml of 9% vinegar, put half teaspoon of hot red pepper, coriander - 1 tsp, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt. The amount of salt depends on the size of the herring. Put salt to taste, on average less than 1 teaspoon.

Mix is ​​pressed fish dish or something heavy and put them in the refrigerator. I recommend to use a glass or enamel bowl, or metal will be oxidized.
