Let's cook
Grate boiled potatoes on a coarse or fine grater.
And boiled carrots.
Divide 4 boiled eggs into whites and yolks
rub them separately on a fine grater.
Grate fresh cucumbers on a coarse grater. Squeeze the cucumbers and drain the juice.
Cut the green onions into small pieces.
Remove the cod liver from the jar and knead it with a fork.
Let's form a salad
It is more convenient to form a salad in the form
Place the mold and the acetate film on the plate.
- Put the potatoes in the first layer and level them
I add some salt to the potatoes and carrots during cooking.
If during cooking you did not salt the vegetables, then you can lightly salt the potatoes and carrots during assembly.
