Sometimes I read comments: you have so much salty, you urgently need to exclude!

I would like to ask why exclude, if I love it? Eating sandwiches with lightly salted fish for breakfast - is that a lot of salty? For two years I have been in a calorie deficit, eat salted fish and lose weight, and I have never achieved such a result, including excluding all the most allegedly "terrible" foods for losing weight. So tell me why exclude what I love?

In general, I do not understand the desire to exclude everything from the diet. Potatoes - dear mom, it's starch, straight into fat. What? Where at once? Salty! This is edema, plus weight. So not with fat as a plus, with water, as water came in, it will go away. Carbohydrates! Eliminate all carbohydrates urgently! Lots of carbohydrates! This generally amuses me - despite the fact that I often don't get my carbohydrate intake. But there are many of them! Well, a lot, so many, I'm glad that everything is clear with youπŸ˜‰.

Today the weather is excellent, the sun is shining, but I have a lot of work and do not want to accumulate a snowball in the evening, which cannot be cleared until nightfall.

Therefore, I decided not to go in the morning to sunbathe and swim and work from the very early morning.

So today I have a normal, not very interesting weekday without cycling through the fields.

I had a snack during work. I wanted ice cream. Today - creme brulee - 235 kcal

I still had chicken broth and I decided to finish it today. I usually add durum vermicelli to the broth. But today I have chicken broth (350 g) with boiled buckwheat (100 g).

I ate 30 g of bread with soup.

It turned out lunch for 290 kcal.

After lunch, I weighed 25 g of peanuts - 140 kcal and did not go further to work, but remained in the kitchen to cook chicken cutlets with cottage cheese.

It has been a long time since I cooked for myself these delicious cutlets on the electric grill.

Fried cutlets - enough for one meal for several days. That's great.

Of course, for dinner I ate chicken cutlets with cottage cheese (180 g), and cut a tomato (220 g) into the cutlets, seasoned with 10% sour cream (30 g), adding garlic, black pepper and green onions.

Dinner for 370 kcal.

In just a day it turned out 1425 kcal.

I definitely drink water! The recommended amount of water is 30 ml per 1 kg of body weight.

Only yesterday in the article I was surprised that there have been no haters for a long time and those who would have "not crawled through the door if they ate like that." And so, please, she did it.
