The iCook ™ Wok Pan is a godsend for me. With its versatility, it can replace a variety of dishes and can be used for cooking in a variety of ways: frying, steaming, deep-frying, stewing and even boiling.

Cooking method:
We put meat and chicken in a cold WOK in one layer, sprinkle them with salt and spices. It is better to take the lamb on the bone, it will serve as the basis for the shurpa. On top of the meat, lay large pieces of potatoes, carrots, onions, and a little tomato. Place a steaming rack on top of all this.
Put a bowl of buckwheat and water in a 1/2 ratio, add salt to taste, in the 2nd bowl an apple with the core removed. Add frozen lingonberries and honey to the recess. We put vegetables, potatoes are 2 times smaller than for shurpa, but so that they do not fall into the grate, we put the rest of the vegetables. Pour a beaten egg with milk into the peeled peppers (salt and spices to taste). Next, place the peppers vertically, pressing them with pieces of vegetables. We place it so that the WOK lid is tightly closed.
We put the VOK on medium heat, until a water ring forms. As soon as the water ring has formed, turn off the heat to a minimum and cook for 40 minutes.
