✅👌 Sometimes unusual combinations of products create an incomparable taste. For example, few people combine a herring with an apple - and in vain!
Today I want to bring to your attention very tasty and quick salad in the process of preparation, which I tried for the first time with my friend and now this recipe is on the list of my favorite quick salads.
✨ Sweet and sour apple pulp balances the salinity of the herring and adds juiciness to the dish.
✨ Juicy, bright and with an unusual piquant taste... Such a salad is ideal for both an everyday menu and a festive one. But, surely no one will remain indifferent!
✨ And besides, in order to prepare this salad you do not have to boil anything and cut something for a long time! And this, I think, will undoubtedly please any hostess!
📕Ingredients for making salad: 🥙
Lightly salted herring - 1 pc.
Green apples with sweet and sour taste - 1-2 pcs.
Salad (red, purple) onion - 1 pc.
Beans (canned or boiled) - 300-350 g
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l. (for refueling)
Fresh herbs - for serving

Of course, the first thing we will do is cut a whole carcass of lightly salted herring into fillets. We remove the head, tail, fins. We clean out the insides through the incision in the belly. Then we take out the ridge with large bones. Then it remains to get rid of the small bones to the maximum, of which the herring has a lot. And you can make everything much easier, just take a ready-made fillet in a plastic jar (preserves), and by the way it turns out as tasty as using lightly salted herring. Cut the thinned herring into thin slices.
Next, take the apple, peel it from the core, but at the same time leave the peel, cut into thin get into quads or strips, onions also peel and cut into half rings or quarter / rings.
We transfer all prepared foods into one large deep salad bowl. We add red or white canned beans, which I usually rinse under running cold water before using, and I also advise you. Although you can use regular boiled beans as well!
Add some mayonnaise, stir and taste!
If there is not enough salt and spices - salt and pepper, mix again. Let the salad brew for at least 10 minutes, and serve!
Before serving, the salad can be sprinkled with finely chopped fresh herbs if desired. It does not require insisting, so you can try it right away.
