I rarely buy baked goods in the store, looking at the compositions and ingredients, my hand immediately reaches out to cook something myself. Needless to say, homemade cakes are always tastier, and even more useful than what is sold in the store. Moreover, in fact it does not take a lot of time and effort, everything is much simpler than it seems. And for a visit, I try to cook the same treat myself, or buy fruit.
Today, the recipe for a very simple cookie, which, due to additives, can play with different colors.
I mix soft butter with sugar using a whisk. You should get a soft homogeneous creamy paste where I add two eggs one at a time. For flavor, I add lemon zest, which can be substituted for orange peel. Or add vanilla, almond, orange or any other extract.
Next, I add flour in two steps, stirring well. The cookies will be even tastier if you replace some of the flour with almond flour.

Then, using a tablespoon, I spread the dough on a baking sheet, trying to give the future cookie a round shape.
I send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
When the cookies have cooled down a little, you can start decorating, for this I melted the chocolate in the microwaves and applied it to the cookies with a fork. Until the chocolate is frozen, you need to sprinkle something on top, for example, coconut, like me, or nuts.
Ingredients:
- Butter 200 grams
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Sugar 130 grams
- Flour 300 grams
- Baking powder 1 tsp spoon
- Lemon zest
- Chocolate and coconut flakes for decoration
From the specified number of ingredients, I get 20 pieces.
